Bookings & Payments
How can I book a private transfer in Lisbon or a tour in Portugal with Bestourspt®?
You can book your transfer immediately through the online store on our homepage, or alternatively via the “Get a Quote” page, by WhatsApp, or by email.
Our private tours are booked via the “Get a Quote” page, by WhatsApp, or by email.
After payment, we always send a digital voucher with all the details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
At Bestourspt®, clients can choose from several payment options, depending on how the service is booked:

Can I pay only a part to confirm the booking?
For weddings and events: typically 50% to confirm and 50% up to 1 month before the service.
For single transfers and tours: full payment is required to confirm the booking.

What if I don’t show up (no-show)?
It is considered a no-show and it is non-refundable.
Transfers Operation
Do you operate 24/7?
Yes — including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Do you wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. We monitor flights/cruises; the updated arrival time becomes the reference for pickup time. In exceptionally long delays, rescheduling is subject to availability.
How much free waiting time is included?
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, upon request and free of charge.
Are your transfers private or shared?
Always private, with a professional driver dedicated to your party.
Where do I meet the driver at Lisbon Airport?
Bestourspt® drivers do not wait inside the terminal. The meeting point is outside Arrivals, exits 5–7, by the main Metro entrance.
You will be contacted via WhatsApp after landing. Free waiting time is 60 minutes after landing, then €12 per each additional 15 minutes.

Can I book a private tour anywhere in Portugal or Spain?
Yes, but services must start or end in the Lisbon district.
Can I customize a tour?
Yes. All tours are private and tailored to your interests, pace and schedule.
Weddings & Groups
Do you provide transportation for weddings in Portugal?
Yes — airport transfers, guest logistics, venue shuttles and premium vehicles for the couple.
Can you handle large groups?
Yes. In addition to our private vehicles, we can arrange coach/bus transportation for large groups.

Our prices are fixed and transparent: private vehicle with a professional driver, tolls, VAT, Wi-Fi and bottled water. No hidden fees.
