The company provides private transportation with driver, walking and cycling tours, as well as the intermediation of tourist services through its online store.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or contracting any Bestourspt service, the user agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and accepts responsibility for compliance with local legislation. All services are subject to availability, confirmation, and the specific conditions communicated at the time of booking.

- A reservation is only confirmed after full payment or payment of the percentage indicated in the proposal.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations up to 30 days before the service: full refund (except bank fees).
- Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before the service: 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 14 days before the service: no refund.
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions), Bestourspt may propose alternative solutions or issue a voucher for future use.

These insurances exclusively cover risks directly related to the company’s activity, within the contracted and legally required limits.
Bestourspt shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement of clients’ personal belongings during the services provided, except where caused by fraud or gross negligence directly attributable to the company.
