How does the Bestourspt® trip planning service work? After receiving your request via our Trip Planner, the Bestourspt® team analyzes your preferences (pace, interests, budget). Within 12 to 24 hours, we send a 100% personalized itinerary proposal. You can adjust every detail of the plan with us before confirming the booking.
What vehicles are in the Bestourspt® fleet? Our fleet is exclusively premium and adaptable to your group size. We offer electric vehicles such as the Tesla Model S and Tesla Model 3, luxury sedans like the Mercedes E-Class, and for groups or families, we use the Mercedes V-Class and Mercedes Vito. All vehicles offer maximum comfort, Wi-Fi, and bottled water.
Does Bestourspt® book flights or hotels? No. We specialize in premium ground handling services. Bestourspt® consultancy includes itinerary planning, transfers, private tours, dedicated chauffeurs, and experience bookings (restaurants, wine tastings, monument tickets). We do not handle accommodation or flight bookings.
Can I change the itinerary after receiving the proposal? Yes. Flexibility is a core value at Bestourspt®. We adjust the program according to your suggestions until you are fully satisfied. Please note that changes requested after the final confirmation may incur additional costs, depending on the cancellation policies of the third-party partners involved (restaurants or wineries).
How are "free days" handled in multi-day tours? Transparency is key for us. If your itinerary spans consecutive days and includes a "free day" (no driver service):
If the free day is outside the Lisbon district (e.g., Porto, Algarve, Madrid), there is a base cost to cover vehicle immobilization and driver expenses.
If the free day is within the Lisbon district, there is no additional cost for that day.
How far in advance should I request my trip plan? We recommend sending your request at least two weeks in advance to ensure the availability of our fleet and top guides. During high season periods (Summer, Easter), we suggest planning even earlier.
